‘StateLevelForest’ 0.1.0 (2023-11-21)

• Initial release of the ‘StateLevelForest’ package.
• Includes the ‘StateLevelForest’ dataset, containing historical data on forest cover by state in the United States.
• Dataset sourced from “Forest Resources of the United States, 2017” by Oswalt et al. (2019).
• Data covers years from 1907 to 2017, with 1630 reference year data.
• Added a vignette demonstrating how to use the dataset with an example focusing on Massachusetts forest cover change.
• Package passed R CMD check without any errors, warnings. One note about GhostScript executable, but GhostScript is not needed.
