This directory contains files that port BibTeX to OpenVMS:

  bibtex.vms-changes	Change file to BibTeX 0.99c for VMS

  bibtex_cli.cld	DCL command interface definition,
			 version to be compiled into the executable

  bibtex.cld		DCL command interface definition,
			 version for inclusion in command table.

  bibtex.rnh		Runoff source of VMS Help entry for BibTeX

  make_bibtex.com	Command procedure to tangle, compile, and link BibTeX
			 You need a working Tangle and the {DEC|VAX} Pascal
			 compiler to run this procedure.

  link_bibtex.com	Command procedure to relink BibTeX, required
			 prerequisites are the BIBTEX.{VAX|AXP}_OBJ
			 suitable for your system, and the BIBTEX_CLI.CLD
			 source file.

The contents of this directory are copied from the VMS port BibTeX source
archive, currently located in "/tex_archive/systems/vms/src/bibtex.zip".
These files may not be up to date. If in doubt, please check the vms/
branch in the "tex_archive/systems/" directory tree; there is the primary
location of VMS specific stuff.
